Countryside Canine – Terms of Service
By booking any service with Countryside Canine, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Booking & Payment
- All services must be paid in full before an appointment can be scheduled unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are listed per service and are subject to change without notice.
- Package services (e.g., multi-session training) are non-refundable once purchased.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $60 cancellation fee.
- No-shows may result in forfeiture of payment or session credit.
- Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
3. Boarding Policies
- Boarding is charged per day.
- Each dog must be booked individually.
- Multi-dog households may receive applicable discounts.
- Pick-up and drop-off times are limited to posted hours.
- No pick-up or drop-off is available on major holidays.
- Cash is the preferred payment method at drop-off. A 3% processing fee applies to card payments.
4. Health & Vaccinations
- Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations as required by Countryside Canine.
- Dogs must be free of contagious illness.
- Owners must disclose any medical conditions, medications, or behavioral concerns prior to booking.
5. Behavior & Safety
- Aggressive or unsafe behavior may result in service refusal or early termination without refund.
- Dogs must be leashed upon arrival unless otherwise instructed.
- Owners are responsible for their dog’s behavior at all times.
6. Yard Rental Use
- Yard rentals are for private use only.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog.
- Countryside Canine is not responsible for injuries resulting from normal dog activity or play.
7. Personal Belongings
- Please bring only food and treats.
- Do not bring beds, cloth items, toys, or bulky bags.
- Countryside Canine is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
8. Liability Waiver
- While all reasonable care is taken, dogs participate in services at their own risk.
- Countryside Canine is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage unless caused by gross negligence.
9. Media & Marketing
- Countryside Canine may take photos or videos for marketing purposes.
- Please notify us in writing if you do not consent.
10. Right to Refuse Service
- Countryside Canine reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for safety, health, or policy violations.
